Performance \pe(r)-'for-men(t)s\  -  the execution of an activity that is intended to accomplish a desired result.  Many people possess an innate desire to achieve greatness.  While the "drive to reach the mountaintop" can be rewarding, it can also be detrimental to one's health and wellness ... much like a moth being drawn to a flame.

Wellness \'wel-nes\ - an ongoing process through which individuals make informed lifestyle choices and engages in behaviors that benefit her/his life.   Becoming aware of the multiple dimensions of wellness is essential to making wise choices.
